More on how we think about power development changing here! Our Solution Power project development is slow, manual, and fragmented. Paces fixes that. We pair agentic AI with in-house development expertise to compress the full lifecycle (site identification through interconnection and permitting) into a fraction of the typical timeline. Our platform serves renewable energy and data center developers, real estate firms, and infrastructure operators, backed by 100s of proprietary data layers and a team of in-house domain experts. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll optimize and scale established channels and drive the marketing function that takes us to the next stage of growth, including managing a current team of two.
